● About Me

Hi, I’m Selah Althea (SAY-lah Al-THEE-uh).

I’m a wife, a mom, and someone who’s learning that life doesn’t always have to be rushed. Somewhere along the way, I realized that some of the most meaningful moments happen when we slow down enough to notice them.

The name Selah is often understood as an invitation to pause and reflect. Althea means healing. Together, they remind me of the kind of life I’m trying to live—and the kind of space I hope this becomes.
